Dr. Edo Lavi – Orthodontist

Dr. Lavi graduated from UMDNJ Dental School (now Rutgers) in 1999 and completed NYU’s Post Graduate Orthodontic program in 2003. He maintained a private practice in New York and Israel for 16 years, using aligner therapy sparingly. After relocating to Maryland in 2019, he discovered the clinical advantages of clear aligner therapy in early mixed dentitions. Using Invisalign First as a holistic treatment modality, he became a Blue Diamond Invisalign provider. As an Align faculty member and peer mentor, he advocates reimagining comprehensive orthodontic treatment timing, believing pediatric aligners will transform what is considered “early treatment” into “timely treatment.”
